Our Vacation to Natural Bridge State Park
We took a couple of days and headed down to Kentucky to hike the Natural Bridge State Park. Unfortunately, the rain cut the trip short. We did manage to hike three trails one morning before the serious rain hit.

This was the view from our room the morning of our hike.

Mommy showed me a caterpillar on the sign marking the start of the trail. (Look how dry we are!)

We stopped to look at the amazing rock formations along the way. (Actually, I think Mommy needed the stops for catching her breath.)

Another hiker was kind enough to take our picture under the bridge once we reached the summit. (It took us roughly 35 minutes to hike the half mile trail up to the bridge.)

I had a wonderful time! (Of course, if you got to see this kind of scenery while riding in a padded chair, you'd be smiling too!)

Mommy checks the map before we climb to the top of the bridge. (See the narrow stairs behind us?)

Mommy seemed a little claustraphobic about this part of the climb, but I'm not sure why.

Daddy took this picture after we squeezed through the passage.

This is the top of the bridge and the beginning of a new trail.

Mommy and I pose on top of the bridge.
